Wood Outlet does not officially offer custom cutting or resizing services. All our lumber is listed with standard dimensions as shown on our website, and we fulfill orders based on these specifications.

However, if you have a specific request, you’re welcome to reach out to our customer service team. While we cannot guarantee availability for custom sizes, we’re happy to review your request and let you know if there’s any possibility to accommodate it, depending on stock and operational constraints.

Our goal is to offer a dependable and transparent experience while keeping pricing fair and turnaround times quick. For unique dimensions or alterations, we also recommend contacting a local carpenter or contractor who can assist you post-purchase.
