Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all Wood Outlet products come with a limited 386-day warranty, which consists of 365 days (1 year) plus 21 days to account for shipping. This warranty term begins on the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to structural defects due to poor workmanship or defective materials. It does not cover:

• Cosmetic changes such as small cracks, color fading (silvering), knot holes, or weathering

• Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or environmental exposure

• Any custom orders or modified products

As our products are made of natural wood, customers should expect some variation and natural aging over time.

Cedar Planters Inc. reserves the right to determine whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This decision is at Cedar’s sole discretion and constitutes the customer's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
