What is your return policy?

Wood Outlet accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can:

• Return the item for store credit

• Exchange it for another product of equal value

• Request a refund to your original payment method

However, please note the following conditions:

• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

• Items must be in original condition and packaging (if shipped)

• Products must not show signs of use, wear, or damage

• Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return

• Wood Outlet does not provide prepaid return shipping labels

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
